My Approach

My Approach

Where presence becomes strength

Most leadership work focuses on performance. I focus on the foundation that performance is built upon. That is what shapes how you lead when complexity increases.

In our sessions, we slow down and look at how you think, feel, and respond. By including the body in the process, we allow your system to settle and find its balance. From there, you begin to see more clearly what is really going on.

Over time, this changes how you lead and live. Your inner state begins to support your actions instead of working against them.

Each conversation helps you gain the clarity needed to act in ways that feel right. We meet every 2–3 weeks for 60–90 minutes, online or in person, focusing on what matters most in your current reality.

I am a trained Integral Coach (Integral Coaching Canada), combining adult development and integral theory, somatic work, and systemic thinking. This allows us to work on multiple levels of your experience simultaneously.

Alongside this, I bring over a decade of close work with leaders, founders, and teams in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. This background ensures that our work remains grounded in the practical realities of your leadership.

Integral & Systemic Perspective

I work with you as a whole, mind, emotions, and body. We look at how different parts of your experience interact and influence your leadership, ensuring that change happens at the root, not just on the surface.

Somatic & Embodied Development

Somatic & Embodied Development

Leadership is a physical experience. You will learn to work with your body and nervous system, creating the physiological stability needed to remain calm and clear-headed under pressure.

Rooted & Real-World Leadership
